What does handmade silver cost?
It depends on the piece, the silver and the work involved. Tell us what you have in mind and we will give you a clear price.
Do you make silverware to order?
Yes. We raise and finish bowls, spoons and silverware by hand and match the form and finish to how you will use or give it. Tell us your idea and we will advise and prepare a quote.
Do you hallmark your work?
Yes, where required we hallmark pieces properly, and we are glad to explain hallmarking.
How do I commission a piece?
Visit the workshop or write to us. For commissions we agree the design, silver, engraving and timing together.
Can you repair or restore old silver?
Often, yes. Dents, worn pieces and tired silver can usually be put right, respecting the piece. Show us the silver and we will advise.
Can you engrave silver?
Yes. We engrave names, dates and crests into silver, a keepsake to mark the day.
